Scale model of lion and cubs for National Law Enforcement Memorial. The National Law Enforcement Memorial features sculptures of lions and a wall bearing the names of fallen officers. The adult lions, symbols of guardianship, watch over the innocent cubs, which were modeled by George Carr, just as the law enforcement personnel remembered at this site once watched over the public they served. 1990-91- Allegorical lions for The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial.
